Founder of « Sophie à table » : it aims to optimize the health, physical and mental performance, delaying the effects of aging, prevent disease risks and treat them with dietary advices.
Moreover I learn how to cook healthy daily meals through culinary workshops.
Finally I am the ambassador of the culinary appliances Zen&Pur : blender, juicer & dehydrator.
